General Conditions


The General Terms and Conditions for Concessions in the Antwerp port area establish general rules that apply to all concessions granted by Scheldt Left Bank Corporation and Port of Antwerp-Bruges in the Port of Antwerp. Among other things, it describes the conditions of use of the concession, the liabilities and the modalities on termination of a concession.

As of 1 August, 2024, new General Terms and Conditions will apply. This means that the transition period, as agreed with the delegations of KVBG, ABAS, Alfaport Voka, and Platform grootindustrie, will conclude on 31 July 2024.

Files submitted after 31 July 2024, or those submitted before that date but lacking the required completeness, will be processed in accordance with the new General Terms and Conditions
