Rates for concessions and ground leases 2024

By mutual agreement, Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever have decided to adapt rates to the consumer price index as issued by Statbel on 30 August of this year. The rates for domain concessions will therefore be increased by the real inflation rate of the consumer price index as of 1 January 2024: 4,09%.
