Rates for concessions and ground leases 2025

By mutual agreement, Port of Antwerp-Bruges and Maatschappij Linkerscheldeoever have decided to adapt rates to the consumer price index as issued by Statbel on 31 August of this year. The rates for domain concessions will therefore be increased by the real inflation rate of the consumer price index as of 1 January 2025: 2,86%.

On Wednesday 2 October 2024, the Executive Board approved the 2025 rates for concessions and ground leases. You can consult and download these rates below. If you have any questions, please contact us via info@mlso.be.
